The room size exceeded our expectations, providing us with plenty of space to relax during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find private parking available, making it convenient for us to explore the area without worrying about our vehicle. The collection of the keys was a breeze, thanks to the clear instructions we received.

You had a whole flat for yourself, the location was nice. Kitchen was properly equipped. Comfy bed.

terrible smell because of the mould problem in the whole apartment. That should be taken care of by the operators! Since we didn't spend much time there, it was ok, but even the flat was nice and cosy, because of this I wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Please state clearly in the booking proecedure that payment is not done automatically by Booked.net but by staff of the respective hotel. It is very important to mention that this hotel requires you to have payment done prior to check-in, which means, if you book last minute and staff has not done the booking yet, you won't be able to check-in unless you pay the _complete_ outstanding amount at arrival. Since I assumed the booking was done, I did not expect such trouble to arise. State this clearly, since some people may not have enough cash with them (as I did) and have to pay with card (which did not work for me for some reasons).

Location

Unclean, shabby, had to request on more than one occasion for getting the weekly house keeping to be done. The room keys were not in the safe at the entrance as promised- had to make a few calls to collect it. Bathrooms have no locks.

Convenient location near train station, clean and spacious apartments with great views. Easy access to public transportation and attractions within walking distance. Fast and reliable wifi, perfect for working. Polite and friendly manager. Good size self-catering apartment with garage. New and clean facilities with all necessary amenities. Large rooms, easy to cook our own food, quite neighbourhood, convenient location with around 10-mins walking distance to the central station, next to China Town.

Reception opens short hours during the day, one of the beds is not that comfortable, no curtain in the kitchen, breakfast is not included in the rate.

The apartment was very close to the train station and to the city centre. The apartment was clean and well furnished and bright, with big windows. Besides the kitchen furniture, there was also a water boiler with coffee and tea.

There were two big problem: 1. the room with the beds was directly linked to the kitchen (without the door), and in the kitchen there was a big window without curtain! So, in the morning the bedroom was totally illuminated by the sun light. 2. in the bathroom there was very bad stink, I think because of the bad plumbing.

I recently stayed at Budget Flats for a few days and had a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and all the main attractions. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The facilities were well-maintained and had everything I needed, from wine glasses to towels. The wifi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus for me as I had to work during my stay. The manager was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Spacious room

Budget Flats Antwerp was located far off from the central station and quite a distance from the main attractions as well. The neighbourhood didnt seem to be safe as well.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The staff treated us well and were very accommodating.

Food for breakfast could have been better.

The apartment was very big, and had cooking facilities and a fridge, unlike most European hotel rooms.

Our room was on the ground floor and it felt like people walking past could look right in. On a hot night, it would feel unsafe to leave the windows open.
